Is it possible to delete his account?

Academy Hamster can delete my account?
If a player's account is inactive for more than 3 months , it is automatically deleted. Only players who have a validated email address receive an email a week before to prevent them.
How to change your password or email address?
If you want to change my password, go to the tab ” Options ” at the top right corner of the screen in the universe Breeder. The password must contain at least 6 characters. The email address is not compulsory but it is advisable to add to their account and validate it. This allows you to receive gifts (for the cage and hamster) and can retrieve their password if we forgot. To add or change an email address, you must go to the menu ” Options ” and enter the new email address in the player profile.
I forgot my password, how to recover?
If you gave a valid email address in your registration validated and then you can get it automatically by clicking the following address password recovery ”. If it does, or if you have no valid email address, you should contact contact@hamsteracademy.fr explaining the problem and giving the nickname. After checking the ID, the password will be sent to the player.
I can not connect and I am sure my password!
We must try all options below
- Change the browser using Firefox (link available above) instead of Internet Explorer (or vice versa);
- Try it on another computer;
- Restart the browser / computer;
- Check that cookies are accepted by the browser;
- Check that the antivirus or firewall is not too severe;
- Verify that the parental filter, if any, is not too severe.
I am suspended, why?
The game administrators and moderators can suspend a player. The main reasons are:
- Rude or insulting messages in the mail or in forum
- Attempt to cheat
- Attempt to recover password of another player
- Attempt to impersonate a moderator / administrator
- Using multiple accounts to earn coins or trade items
Depending on the severity, it is either temporary (48 hours or 1 week) or final.
If the player tries to circumvent the suspension by creating another account, it is the IP address that can be blocked.
If a player believes that the suspension is not deserved (including mistaken identity), it can send an email to Hamster Academy.

What is sponsorship and how to sponsor a friend?
The principle of sponsorship is to invite your friends to play game Hamster Academy giving their email address. Each guest player on your part that becomes part of your ” godson ”. He then receives an email with a link to www.hamsteracademy.com, and if part by clicking this link, you will receive 20 pieces per new player. It is forbidden to sponsor yourself: in this case, the account is suspended and the pieces are not paid. Sponsorship is available by clicking the link sponsor. I am unable to connect to Chat
If you encounter difficulties connecting you to Chat, try these options:
- The chat is now closed.
- Change the browser by using Firefox or Internet Explorer
- Check that Flash is installed on the computer

- If your name has weird characters, you should contact Hamster Academy
