this is the answer to your question:
first you go to the academy, then you click on my hamster, scroll the page down all the way, now in the bottom right corner click where it says confide to the public. HOPE I HELPED

go to your account and then again there's a link where it says my account (click on it) on the bottom, there you can delete your account....

If you have a mission saying that you need to get your hamster simply do this: Get a leash for your hamster(if you haven't bought one), then get one of your hamsters and take them for a walk in the forest....

You can take the hamster quiz, sell stuff from your inventory, wait until your next salary, or have your hamster pass the exam at the academy (you get 10 coins if you pass the exam)
