You can make a motorized wheel when your in level 3 but it is required to make a motorized wheel when you in level 6. HOPE I HELPED:P

All you need to do is to buy the following items: Gear, Electric Wires, and a Battery....

you go to my cages, then go to the box where it allows you to change the cage shavings. Around there, there are some options to put those items together with the wheel. hope i helped a lot!
